Biblical Accuracy

Is it true? Do its claims agree with Scripture?
10.0 / 10
「Jesus saved me from the darkness」「came to rescue me」「rise to life with him」對基督救贖與復活的描述合乎使徒信經。

Theological Focus

Toward whom? Where attention, hope and worship finally point
10.0 / 10
最終對象是神與耶穌基督：白天是「Your hand has held me」，黑夜是「God will keep me」「the mighty King is here」。
Who is the song finally addressed to?
神——「God」「God of Heaven」「Father」「the mighty King」，以及耶穌基督；整首詩歌的對象與倚靠都是三一神。
Is the “I” responding to God, or centered on itself?
Where do hope, grounding and salvation come from?
（He who came to rescue me）、與基督同復活得生（rise to life with him）。
Remove the words about God: what is left?

Theological Clarity

Is it clear who God is, who we are, and how we relate?
10.0 / 10
每一段的神學指向都清楚：第一段明寫「God」，副歌明寫「God of Heaven」「Father」，第二段以「the mighty King」交代「You」為神，第三段明寫「Jesus」及其救贖、復活。

Theological Richness

Does the lyric say clearly who God is and what he has done, trace the gospel, echo Scripture, or hold the depth of faith? Each of the ten checkpoints below adds a little; seven earns the full 2 points. Every hit must quote the lyric. Simple songs lose nothing — they just gain less here.
+1.4 / 2
One specific act of God 「came to rescue me」講到神具體的作為：基督降世來拯救。
Two or more acts of God 「rise to life with him」第二件不同作為：與基督一同復活得生（基督的救贖與復活）。
Traces the gospel 「Jesus saved me」福音線索完整：黑暗／無助（saved me from the darkness）→ 基督救贖 → 人的回應（find my rest in Jesus）。
Holds tension or depth of faith 「In the darkness God will keep me」黑夜漫長深沉中仍信靠神，有苦難中仍信靠的張力。
Names Christ or the Spirit 「So I find my rest in Jesus」明寫基督的名字與作為：祂來拯救、救我脫離黑暗。

Two or more of God’s attributes、, Four or more of God’s attributes、, 转述一段经文Echoes a passage、, 转述两段以上经文Echoes two or more passages、, Names two or more persons of the Trinity

Score = correctness (average of the three parts × 0.8, up to 8) + richness (up to 2), out of 10; stars = score ÷ 2. If Biblical Accuracy is 4.0 or lower, the score is capped at 4.0. The highest score is 9.6 — no perfect 10. Full standard
